SOW details the responsibility to the customer in the implementation of the product. Once we design, test, and install the solution, we configure it for maximum efficiency. Then, we train your end-users on their new procedures and give them the tools necessary to keep on top of the latest developments in business automation.

Hourly Rates: $120.00 / hour (minimum 1 hour)

Customer Support Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (- 8 GMT)


SLA (Service Level Agreement) engages our businesses in long-term commitment

Response Time: Average 4 hours (for off-hours support, additional costs apply)
